As a Digital Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our digital channels and customer journeys within Bufab's Nordic business area. You will work both strategically and operationally with the goal of creating a seamless, data-driven, and commercially strong digital customer experience.
Your main tasks:
- Develop and manage our digital channels: web, e-commerce, Marketing Automation, and other customer-facing platforms.
- Drive projects that improve the digital customer journey – from the first interaction to conversion and loyalty.
- Be responsible for digital sales via e-commerce and web with a focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that our digital initiatives are data-driven, measurable, and linked to business goals.
- Manage budget, goals, and follow-up, and lead collaboration with external agencies and technical suppliers.
- Contribute to projects where we develop digital solutions within our commercial teams through close collaboration with our sales teams and companies.
🤷♀️🤷♂️ Who are you?
We are looking for a specialist with a strong commercial understanding and experience in driving projects & digital development in a B2B environment. You may have experience from a marketing, communications, or digital agency, or you work in a larger organization where you are involved in digital customer journeys.
We see that you have:
- experience in digital transformation, modern digital marketing, and e-commerce within B2B.
- experience in project management and implementing digital tools.
- understanding and knowledge of the digital customer journey and its strategic challenges.
- the ability to drive change and create results in a matrix organization.
As a colleague, supplier, and client, you think digitally and business-oriented where you want to create results, and you have a natural ability to collaborate and build relationships. You take responsibility and have the drive to challenge, develop, and deliver – together with others. You are confident in combining strategy with practical implementation, and you thrive on managing multiple projects simultaneously. You handle both Swedish and English in writing and speaking.

- The position is full-time
- You will be based at our office in Värnamo
- The position can be filled immediately or by agreement
- Your leader will be Bufab Sweden's CEO Daniel Johansson (LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/daniel-johansson-99b28514/)), and you will work closely with the marketing coordinator, Nordic CEOs, sales teams, and global resources.
